Bone-Healthy Diet

Sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D, crucial for bone health. Include fatty fish, egg yolks, and fortified cereals in your diet.
Regular Exercise
Weight-bearing exercises like walking, dancing, and weightlifting help build and maintain strong bones.
Healthy Body Weight
Maintain a healthy weight to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Excess weight can strain your bones, while being underweight can weaken them.
No Smoking
Smoking reduces bone density and increases the risk of fractures. Quitting can improve bone health.
