What are the Domestic Delivery time & rates?

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

  1. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends and public holidays.
  2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. We will contact you via email or telephone if a significant delay in the shipment of your order is expected.

SHIPPING RATES

West Malaysia (including Langkawi)
Shipping fee: RM15 (flat rate)
Free shipping: Spend RM150 and above in a single transaction.
Only applicable for deliveries within West Malaysia.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak only)
Shipping fee: RM30 (1kg and below)
For every additional 1kg: RM15

Labuan
Shipping fee: RM30 (1kg and below)
For every additional 1kg: RM15

Singapore*
Shipping fee: RM45 (1kg and below)
For every additional 1kg: RM15

*Shipping fee does not include additional charges based on import tax and duties levied by the respective countries outside of Malaysia.

What are the International Delivery time & rates?

  1. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure that there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  2. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Are there charges for the consultation & tests at Kaisar Pharmacy?

The standard consultation & tests offered at Kaisar Pharmacies by our pharmacists are complimentary. There are no charges. This include the following tests :

  1. Medication review
  2. Blood pressure test
  3. Blood glucose test
  4. Total cholesterol test
  5. Body fat & water analysis
  6. BMI analysis
  7. Uric acid test

There may be other tests during events in collaboration with brand partners that may incur charges.

How do I register as a Kaisar Lifetime member?

  1. Walk into your nearest Kaisar outlet and register at ONLY RM1.
  2. Application for membership is open to individuals who are aged 12 years and above.
  3. You may apply for Membership at any of the Kaisar Pharmacy Outlets in Malaysia by presenting your MYCARD (NRIC) or Passport upon registration.
  4. You are only entitled for one Membership and all Points collected are strictly not transferable.

What are the benefits I get as a Kaisar Lifetime Member?

  1. Point collection with every purchase RM1=1 point.
  2. RM 1 for LIFETIME membership.
  3. Get Voucher Discounts for every purchase above RM250.
  4. Get health consultation, information & promotion on weekly basis.
  5. Redeem points at any Kaisar Pharmacy Outlets
  6. Redemption:
  • 1000 Points = RM10 Voucher
  • 5000 Points = RM50 Voucher
  • 7000 Points = RM100 Voucher

How do I earn points?

  1. For every RM1 nett spend at any Kaisar Pharmacy outlet, member will earn 1 Point
  2. Get rewarded with every purchase.
  3. Enjoy extra points on special events and with purchase of inhouse products.

What can I do with the points earned?

Points must be redeemed in a minimum block of 1000 points and can be used to redeem vouchers at any Kaisar Pharmacy outlet.

  • 1000 Points = RM10 Voucher
  • 5000 Points = RM50 Voucher
  • 7000 Points = RM100 Voucher

Points earned cannot be exchanged for cash and can only strictly be used to offset the purchases throughout the redemption method.

How do I check my members points?

You may visit to any Kaisar Pharmacy outlets or

Whatsapp up to check.

How long are my member points valid for?

There is no expiry for members. It is LIFELONG !

Membership Points Terms & Conditions

  1. The Mykad number/passport is required to be verified upon every purchase, failing, which no Membership Points will be captured.
  2. In order to redeem Membership Points, the identity card or passport of the Member is required to be presented at the time of redemption.
  3. Kaisar Pharmacy may at its absolute discretion refuse to process your redemption request if fraudulent activities of your Membership account are suspected.
  4. Kaisar Pharmacy has the right to cancel the Points awarded if products purchased at the Kaisar Pharmacy Outlets are returned and refunded in full or partially.
  5. Points awarded and/or redeemed may be reversed and/or cancelled if Kaisar Pharmacy determines that the Points were not earned and/or redeemed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated herein and/or due to any system error.
  6. Points earned are strictly not transferable.
  7. Kaisar Pharmacy reserves the right to waive, add or amend the Membership terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) without prior notice.

Can I share my account with others for members benefit?

We do not encourage sharing of your Membership Account to prevent cases of misappropriate of use.

Membership Termination

Members may terminate the use of the Membership at any time by notification to us via email to eaglecliffeoffice@gmail.com or by walking in to any Kaisar Pharmacy outlet.

Membership accounts will be terminated within 30 days upon receipt of any notice and past purchase history and earned Points will be cancelled and deleted.
