Description:
Betadine Cold Defence Kids Nasal Spray is an easy-to-use nasal spray clinically proven to fight against cold and flu viruses. Its ingredient Carragelose is Natural, steroid-free, and drug-free. Clinically proven to shorten the duration of cold and flu-like symptoms by 2 days.

Use:
1. Blow your nose gently.
2. Remove the protection cap, shake the bottle, and pump the spray a few times until a fine mist comes out.
3. Sit up with your head tilted slightly forward and breathe out slowly.
4. Close one nostril and gently insert the nozzle into the other.
5. Gently squeeze the pump as you breathe in.
6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the other nostril.

Special Features:
Steroid free, suitable for children below 1 year old.

Salt Solution with 1.2mg/ml Carragelose (Carrageenan)

Recommended Dosage:
Use 1-2 sprays per nostril, three times per day
