Description:
Woodward's Gripe Water Oral Solution is used as a gentle method for rapid relief of wind pains and minor tummy upsets in babies and young children, particularly at the difficult teething period. Gripe is caused by muscle spasms and excess acid created when air bubbles form in baby’s tummy. Acid is produced for digestion when stomach is assumed to be full of food caused by trapped air bubbles, causing irritation to the stomach lining. At the same time, because the stomach is full of air bubbles, its muscles are unable to relax causing cramps and spasms.

Function:
? Dill Seed Oil warms and relaxes the tummy, breaking down trapped air bubbles.
? Sodium Bicarbonate neutralises acid in the baby’s tummy. The results are usually a resounding burp and rapid relief

Ingredient:
Each 5ml contains: Terpeneless Dill Seed Oil 2.3mg, Sodium Bicarbonate 52.5mg, Nipasept Sodium 0.15% w/v (as preservative)

Recommended Dosage:
1 to 6 months : 1 teaspoon (5ml)
6 months to 2 years : 2 teaspoons (10ml)
2 years and above : 2-3 teaspoons (10-15 ml)
May be given during or after each feed, up to 4 times in 24 hours
